Recruitment Begins | Are you an RJ-aligned leader?

I have designed my first qualitative research project! I am Carmen Green, sociology doctoral student at University of California San Francisco and VP of Research & Strategy at National Birth Equity Collaborative.

Dr. Monica McLemore is supporting my research study, and it could be in your lane.

Exploring leadership positionality and fidelity to Reproductive Justice praxis

This study seeks to explore and describe the experiences and perspectives of individuals in leadership positions who are employing reproductive justice as a framework and value.

The specific aims;

  1. How do reproductive justice-aligned leaders consider their role in the social-intellectual movement?

  2. How do reproductive justice-aligned leaders contextualize and apply Reproductive Justice?

The results of this research will contribute useful data and stories to the fast-moving field! I am committed to communicating with participants and colleagues, while sharing some research epiphanies along the way.

Preparation and participation in this study will be less than three hours over a couple months. If you are interested in being an anonymous interviewee or need more information, please schedule an info meeting via Calendly or contact doctoral student, Carmen Green at carmen.green@ucsf.edu
