Some people are seriously skilled in expressing ideas; sometimes, the writer can only hold the writing! I am like that, too. The entire process of creation to sharing is a lot. How can I help these storytellers get it out? Audiobooks are another tool of research dissemination.
My favorite thing about audiobooks is accessibility. I mean, not for our deaf and hard-of-hearing friends. Audiobooks are a blessing for those of us who are audio-sensory learners or generally too spaced-out to sit down and enjoy a physical book.
Also, I'm the weirdo that studies each unique voice as I hear it; I want to know its origin story! Being the voice that someone keys into for hours is a special super power. Voices carry so many vibrations and energies. I'm curious and am now exploring an audiobook project with a colleague.
